Elements include, with some styling: HTML text rendering is not supported. Because all html tags are escaped before rendering.You can convert the HTML to glipdown format before posting it to Glip. Who is the service desk provider?To modify the webhook message, you can create a simple proxy to receive the message, modify it, and forward it to Glip. Issue:Please provide an automated "silent" way to uninstall the user-installed version of the Ring Central MVP application for Windows desktop.Workarounds: I am able to manually uninstall it when logged in as the user from either the Control Panel or by clicking the "Uninstall RingCentral.exe" file from this directory:C:\Users******\AppData\Local\Programs\RingCentralHowever that is not a solution for large numbers of computers.Ring Central provides a script that uninstalls all versions of all Ring Central products.This is not practical as it removes other software like Ring Central Phone and Ring Central Outlook plugins as well. Information:I am able to silently uninstall the .msi version.
