@Yordan Yordanov, Thanks for posting in Q&A.Based on my testing, for Microsoft 365 app deployed to windows device, when we deploy via Required assignment, it will not show in Company portal Featured apps. This is by design. For the user group we added to app assignment "Available for enrolled device", when we configure “Show this as a featured app in the company portal“ as yes, we will see the app in Company Portal Featured apps. Meanwhile, for the setting "Office Online Applications" under Tenant Asmin-Customization,, based on my testing, when it is set show, it will show all the online office app no matter whether we deployed via Intune.Given on your situation, I think you can change to use "Available for enrolled device" assignment instead to let the apps show in Company Portal, Hope the above information can help.If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and kindly upvote it. Share via Hello, I have problem with one user in microsoft teams. He can't communicate with external users, and external user can't found he in teams, show only skype account. We have hybrid environment o365, sync with on-premise AD. I read a lot information in forums and here's what I found out: User: example@Company portal .com In o365 teams admin panel I see only one user example@Company portal .com use Coexistence mode: Use Org-wide settings (Org-wide settings: Islands) If I try change to "Teams Only" I get error: "User is homed on-premises in a Skype for Business or Lync deployment. On-premises users can be upgraded to Teams using 'Move-CsUser' in the on-premises tools." Okey, changes need to be made on-premise skype or lync server. But I am facing a problem here, we don't have skype or lync server on premise. One old employee said, that we used lync on-premise a long time ago. Then I look in AD user attribute, and found example@Company portal .com user have "msRTCSIP" records: Question: How can I change coexistence mode for example@Company portal .com user to "Teams Only" if we don't have skype on lync server on premise. I don't know or this will solve my problem with external users. But I have to try this. Thanks for the answers.

Use Outlook for iOS and Android without any special configuration. For Office 365 GCC customers who don't currently use Outlook for iOS and Android, enabling the app requires the following actions:Unblocking Outlook for iOS and Android in the organization.Downloading the app on user devices.Having users add their account on their devices.1. Unblock Outlook for iOS and AndroidRemove any restrictions in your Exchange environment that might block Outlook for iOS and Android. Update your Exchange mobile device access rules or any relevant Microsoft Entra Conditional Access policies to unblock the app. For more information about making Outlook the only approved mobile messaging client, see Securing Outlook for iOS and Android in Exchange Online.2. Download and install Outlook for iOS and AndroidEnd users need to install the app on their devices. How the installation happens depends on whether or not the devices are enrolled in a unified endpoint management (UEM) solution, such as Microsoft Intune. Users with enrolled devices can install the app through their UEM solution, like the Intune Company Portal. Users with devices that aren't enrolled in an UEM solution can search for "Microsoft Outlook" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download it from one of those locations.NoteTo leverage app-based conditional access policies, the Microsoft Authenticator app must be installed on iOS devices. For Android devices, the Intune Company Portal app is leveraged. For more information, see App-based conditional access with Intune.Disabled services and featuresBy default, certain services and features of Outlook for iOS and Android are disabled automatically for the Office 365 U.S. Government Community Cloud (GCC) because they don't meet FedRAMP requirements:In-app support: Users aren't able to submit support tickets from within the app or upload diagnostic data using Collect Diagnostics. They should contact their internal help desk and provide logs (via the Share Diagnostics
