DRIFTING ON RALLY ADVENTURE MAP IN FH5

FH5 (meaning, yeah, you probably don't need to pay attention to the pace notes like you would in a real rally game). I don't think they called out any new activity types either, though I mostly skimmed through the video to see if any new UI/menus appeared.So basically, it's a new map that's got stuff to do on it, which is still great mind you. But it's not clear if there's much that's genuinely new.EDIT: Also mentioned, 10 new cars as part of this expansion. #48 looks awesome, I bought just the premium add on pre launch (since it gave you like 3 days early access lol) so i'm in day one!the crazy thing is I never finished any of the FH4 DLCs and still haven't 100%d' hot wheels but new stuff is always fun #49 Dang, not a fan of rally. Greatest arcade-driving games ever!Forza Horizon 5/Forza Horizon 4With Forza Horizon 5 now out in the wild, it would make sense to cast aside the previous entry into the series Forza Horizon 4, right? Well, not quite. Forza Horizon 5 is an absolutely stunning and well-rounded game, offering a bigger world and a fair bit more in terms of variety and progression systems, but in its current state, FH5 is hard to recommend. At the time of writing, players in FH5 are suffering from disconnects from online multiplayer, crashes, and a myriad of other issues that really detract from the overall experience, which is a shame as it is really bloody good. Give it another month or two, and I'm sure Playground Games will have ironed out all the kinks, and we'll all be tearing up Mexico once more. Until then, Forza Horizon 4 offers the full, uncompromised Forza experience. It still looks gorgeous on both consoles and PC, plus it includes nearly everything you'd get from playing Forza Horizon 5 without the issues. Sure, the North of England/Scotland location might not be as sexy as the sprawling, cactus-filled deserts of Mexico, but it is interesting enough with its ever-changing seasons that transform the world. Both games fall into a sort of a middle ground between arcade racer and sim racer, which is perfect for those looking for the best of both worlds — you get all of the fun of an arcade racer, with cars that can scream over vast jumps and drift around corners at break-neck speeds, and some of the more serious sim stuff, with vehicles that look, feel, and sound like their real-life counterparts, and just enough manual tuning options to keep those interested in that sort of thing happy. Unpopular opinion: The FH4 map was better than the FH5 map

As someone who played every Season of every monthly series in FH5 I'm done with the game now. it was already hard to get motivated for the repetitive races/modes and new cars every week. Rally is like the last thing this game needed and considering the success of the game it's a damn shame they had such a limited vision for their DLC #25 It's crazy this is the best looking racing game I've seen to date still. Crazy details and the environment is gorgeous #27 So is this a new map? Also pretty pointless having rally pointers when you have a minimap. #29 I'm so on board with this. Hot Wheels was 'fine' but felt a bit too samey to the Horizon 3 hot wheels stuff.Whereas rally events in the Horizon games have never grown boring for me. All this 'proper rally' flavor really appeals. #30 So is this its own area or will it be added in the middle of the existing map? #32 lamest expansion in franchise history but i like rally though so #33 Very excited for this since the first Horizon Rally DLC was one of my favorites. My biggest hope is that they tune the AI a bit better for the rally/dirt races cus in the main game I felt like I too often had to look up tunings to have a shot against the AI on many of the dirt/cross country tracks. The AI just felt like they were driving across asphalt a lot of the time and that wasnt an issue I had in any other Horizon game.
